In the Classroom,I approach every course as a shared project where curiosity drives learning and mutual respect shapes discussion. I encourage students to test ideas, question assumptions, and connect material to their own experiences, whether we are examining the U.S. Constitution or current policy debates. I design activities that go beyond lectures, such as case simulations, low-stakes writing, and small-group problem solving, because practice builds both confidence and deeper understanding. With clear goals, timely feedback, and steady guidance, I create a space where every student can participate and grow. Above all, I want learners to leave convinced that their voices matter and that they have the skills to use those voices responsibly.
